Each resident has his/her needs assessed prior to moving into the residential care setting, a full assessment upon admission, and subsequently as required to reflect changes in need and circumstances during his/her period in residence.

Complaints
Incident and complaints reporting is carried out locally electronically on the system. This information is immediately available in real time facilitating effective management of the complaints process, facility or group wide, without the overheads associated with manual and paper based recording and correlation.
Comprehensive Care Planning
Person Centred, outcome based care is tailored to each unique resident's assessed needs and is set out in an individual care plan, developed and agreed with each resident, or where necessary with the residents NOK or representative.
Autonomy and Independence
Each resident can exercise choice and control over his/her life and is encouraged and enabled to maximise independence in accordance with his/her wishes through personalized care plans, ADL tracking and integrated progress notes care plans and assessments.
Contact with representatives and community
Encourage and monitor resident contact with his/her family, friends, representatives and the local community according to his/her wishes through integrated ADL and progress notes.
Challenging Behaviour
Record and Respond to Behaviour that is challenging the needs of each resident. Deal with behaviour that that poses risks to the resident and others and ensure that it is managed effectively in an environment that promotes well being and has the least restrictions
Human Resource Management
Manage H.R. overheads ensuring staff are recruited in accordance with best H.R. management practices. Maintain visibility on the availability of suitably skilled and qualified staff sufficient to ensure that services are efficiently delivered in accordance with standards and the needs of the residents. Monitor staff receive adequate induction and continued professional development and appropriate supervision
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
Improve Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. The quality of care and experience of the residents are monitored and developed on a continuing basis through comprehensive centralised management reporting tools
